Parents angry after school tells 13-year-olds they can have sex, choose gender

by Christine Kalmbach

9th grade students at a California high school are being taught sex education by Planned Parenthood unbeknownst to parents! Planned Parenthood’s devious, back-door methods to get to our children shows up this time at Acalanes High School.

See more on this article from Perry Chiaramonte at Fox News:

Students at one northern California high school are learning more than just the birds and the bees.

Along with local area groups, some parents are irate that their children’s sex ed class at Acalanes High School in Lafayette is being taught by employees of Planned Parenthood without their prior knowledge. They are also fuming over the methods and materials being used, including a checklist that asks students if they are “ready for sex” and another worksheet that describes how to give and obtain consent, as well as a diagram that uses a “genderbread” person for lessons in gender identity.

“[Parents] are very concerned,” Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, a non-profit legal organization that is assisting the concerned parents, told FoxNews.com. “Planned Parenthood is not exactly the best when it comes to putting young people first.

“They get more grants from the promiscuity of children,” he added. “The material they have provided was material that mirrored their agenda.”

It was the parents of ninth-graders at Acalanes that started raising questions after their children told them one instructor threw a model of female reproductive organs at one student and that many felt the sessions were pressuring them to have sex.

“Some of the kids were distracted because it was divergent from what they were taught at home,” Dacus said.

Acalanes Union School District officials told the institute the class was not taught by teachers but rather the staff from a local Planned Parenthood in nearby Walnut Creek.

Included in the materials provided to students were documents and worksheets that included a checklist entitled, “Sex Check! Are You Ready For Sex?” in which the 13 and 14-year-old students are asked questions such as if they have water–based lubricants and condoms and if they could handle a possible infection or pregnancy. Another worksheet reads like a how-to on obtaining consent from a possible sexual partner and offers possible statements like “Do you want to go back to my place?” and “Is it OK if I take my pants off?”

They were also taught about gender identity with the “Genderbread Person,” a play on the name of the holiday cookie, to teach them on how to identify themselves as either, “agender,” “bigender,” and “two spirit” to name a few.

genderbread chart 2.jpg

Have you ever seen something so ridiculous?! How many students think they are “non-gendered” or are attracted to “nobody”?! When you go to the doctor, you check off “male” or “female” on a health form. Why would Planned Parenthood want to confuse students? Because this is another way for them to make money. If they can get students to try sex with whomever, then they can make more money on testing them for Sexually Transmitted Infections/Diseases and also on birth control and abortions. Planned Parenthood does not care about our children’s emotional and mental well-being, let alone protecting them from physical illness and bad health. Students at the high school were also given worksheets called a “Sex Check”  and “Making Consent Clear“! You will have to see them to believe the audacity of Planned Parenthood! LA Law Makers want Children indoctrinated into Comprehensive Sex Ed (that is truly not comprehensive)

Math, reading, writing, history, and science are among the subjects most people would agree should be included in a public school curriculum. Now Louisiana State Representative Patricia Smith wants to add sex to the list. Representative Smith claims that failure to provide comprehensive sex education in schools is akin to child abuse. In order to remedy this, she is sponsoring House Bill 369 which will require every public and charter school in Louisiana to provide comprehensive “age appropriate” sex education beginning in elementary school. The stated goal is to reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases as well as the number of teen pregnancies.

Both Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and the Louisiana Conference of Catholic Bishops have come out strongly opposed to this legislation, and with good reason. It is one thing to teach basic biological facts. The proposed legislation moves beyond basic science and requires that public education address sexual relationships, gender identity, and family life. These are topics that belong in the home where parents can offer guidance in accordance with their moral and religious principles. When the school presents these topics it offers an endorsement to many behaviors and choices that Catholics find morally objectionable.

Kids in ClassroomThis legislation usurps a parent’s right to decide what information about human sexuality their children will receive and when they will receive it. The proposed legislation defines “age appropriate” as “topics, messages, and teaching methods suitable to particular ages or age groups of children and adolescents, based on developing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral capacity typical for the age or age group.” The decision about what is “age appropriate” is ceded to school administrators with no input from parents.

This approach mirrors that of a 2012 special report, “National Sexuality Education Standards,” published in the Journal of School Health. The committee that produced this report included representatives from Planned Parenthood, and recommended that between kindergarten and second grade, children should be educated about the unreasonable gender specific behaviors that are being imposed upon them by their parents.

By the end of second grade, these experts expect your children to be comfortable with all permutations of families, including same-sex parents. By fifth grade, your child should be able to define the various sexual orientations and see all possibilities as normal and healthy. By the end of high school, your son or daughter should be able to list all the advantages of the various methods of contraception. Again, Representative Smith’s proposed legislation is in line with these recommendations as it specifically states that the mandated curriculum will teach “proper use of contraceptives approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration to prevent unintended pregnancy and of barrier methods approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration to prevent sexually transmitted infections.”

As evidence mounts about the harmful effects of hormonal contraceptives, does Representative Smith really think it is a good idea to encourage their use among teens who are most susceptible to their side effects? Will the mandated sex education curriculum tell students that they double the risk of HIV transmission when they use contraceptives? Will young women hear that they may double their risk of the most aggressive form of breast cancer when they take hormonal contraceptives and this increased risk is greater the younger they are when they start using contraceptives? Will they be told that the latest guidelines from the American Heart Association on stroke prevention in women point to oral contraceptives as a major risk factor?

Rather than making young women healthier, hormonal contraceptives increase the incidence of serious sexually transmitted diseases, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.

Louisiana House Bill 369 does offer a nod to the concerns of the Catholic Bishops by declaring that no lessons will endorse or advocate for abortion. Sexual abstinence will also be presented as an option. However, it will be just that, an option. Sexual promiscuity will also be an option. Homosexuality will be an option. Transgenderism will be an option. Nothing will be labeled as right or wrong. Everything will just be one of many options. The proposed mandated sex education in the public schools will be the equivalent of a multi-year indoctrination in moral relativism.

Under the proposed legislation, parents will be able to opt their children out of these lessons if they object to the program. However, they will only know the contents of the lessons if they request to review the material. There is no requirement to inform all parents of the specific information that will be included in the sex education classes. Why should supporters of this legislation be reluctant to publicize the details of the sex education curriculum if it contains nothing the average parent would find objectionable?

There is a great deal that could and should be taught in public schools about human development. They should learn that human life begins at conception when the ovum and the sperm fuse. They should be taught that this distinct human life develops under the direction of his own unique DNA, not his mother’s. This is settled science. This is the role of public schools as institutions of the state.

On the other hand, education about human sexuality and the nuances of human relations are best left to parents. Through the conversations and events of family life, parents are best positioned to transmit the lessons of virtue and chastity that lead to a healthy understanding of human sexuality.

We agree wholeheartedly with Dr. Runnell! We can only hope and pray that the residents of Louisiana will rise up against legislation that seeks to harm and destroy our children by speaking up and supporting Sexual Risk Avoidance. Friends without Benefits? Really?!

by Christine Kalmbach

In a September Vanity Fair Article, Friends Without Benefits by Nancy Jo Sales, it talks about the effect of social media and the effect of pornography, sexting and hook-up apps that and how it is harming teens. Here is an excerpt from the article:

Friends Without Benefits by Nancy Jo Sales

This year, 81 percent of Internet-using teenagers in America reported that they are active on social-networking sites, more than ever before. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ((Snapchat, Skype, Tumblr, Vine, Ask.fm)) and new dating apps like Tinder, Grindr, and Blendr have increasingly become key players in social interactions, both online and IRL (in real life). (I added some of these ((applications in parentheses)) because many parents may not even be aware of them!) Combined with unprecedented easy access to the unreal world of Internet porn, the result is a situation that has drastically affected gender roles for young people. Speaking to a variety of teenaged boys and girls across the country, Nancy Jo Sales uncovers a world where boys are taught they have the right to expect everything from social submission to outright sex from their female peers. What is this doing to America’s young women?

Another excerpt talks about the stats of porn:

Porn is more available now than at any time in history—especially to kids. Ninety-three percent of boys and 62 percent of girls have seen Internet porn before they turn 18, according to a 2008 study in CyberPsychology & Behavior. Seventy percent of boys have spent more than 30 minutes looking at porn, as have 23 percent of girls. Eighty-three percent of boys and 57 percent of girls have seen group sex online. Eighteen percent of boys and 10 percent of girls have seen rape or sexual violence.

The article is rough, read at your discretion with its seedy language, vile sex acts and emotionally and spiritually scarring stories.

The irony to this chilling and sickening article is the fact that Vanity Fair has featured it! The magazine that brings you naked women every month, airbrushed and tanned to perfection selling lies to make girls and women think that that is how they are supposed to look!  This is the Vanity Fair that features articles with lurid sexual details, seductive poses, innuendo, pedophiles interviews, and nude photographs ad nauseum.

Vanity Fair actually cares about young women getting hooked on casual sex?

Vanity Fair actually cares about young women being lied to and being used?

Sure seems hard to believe given the monthly content of their rag.  Maybe Vanity Fair needs to read this article and rethink the way they’ve been doing business? Maybe they care about children being used and abused? Maybe they care and will start setting a standard to not push sexuality on young children and teens. The message that has been promoted is warped for sure.

Hey, Vanity Fair, it’s about time you practiced what you are preaching? Vanity Fair…are you listening?

Texas Parents Unite to Protect Children

Ask legislators to keep abortion providers out of public schools

Parents are uniting across Texas to protect children from being targets of the abortion industry in public schools. They are calling on legislators to pass legislation that will keep abortion providers and their affiliates out of schools. At least one bill, Senate Bill 521 authored by Senators Donna Campbell, M.D., Ken Paxton, and Eddie Lucio, Jr. does that.

“The nation’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood, benefits from access to youth by being presented as experts and a source for information and health care, and at the same time profiting financially from abortion and birth control sales,” said Christine Kalmbach, a parent who founded Texas Parents Care (TPC).  “Giving Planned Parenthood access to our children in schools allows the use of public education for marketing promiscuity and abortion and for recruiting teens for its programs,” she added.

“Planned Parenthood over-sexualizes children and normalizes risky sexual behavior,” said Jennifer Fleck, a Houston area parent who has extensively investigated sex-ed programs.

“Abortion providers like Planned Parenthood can’t possibly communicate the health standard in Texas law effectively because of its inherent conflict of interest,” said Renate Sims, a Round Rock parent of five children. We don’t hire the Marlboro man to give the “don’t smoke” speech during Red Ribbon week, and we don’t follow up a presentation on the effects of alcohol with a recipe on how to make a Margarita,” she added.

Texas Parents Care objects to abortion providers like Planned Parenthood in schools and the use of its materials because the organization facilitates sex with minors by providing them with condoms and birth control, helps them circumvent parental authority needed to get an abortion, and normalizes even young teen sexual activity.

The parents also object to Planned Parenthood’s sex ed material as inappropriate, degrading, and offensive because its prurient sex advice does the following:

  • Encourages children to use “outercourse” as a method of birth control and as “safer sex.”
  • Encourages using sex toys to “spice up sex play.”
  • Does not uphold the standard of abstinence in Texas law, calling effective, true abstinence programs “fear- and shame-based.
  • Promotes mutual masturbation, cybersex, and phone sex as “no risk safer sex play.”
  • Promotes manual stimulation of one another, body-to-body rubbing, grinding, “dry humping,” oral and anal sex, and playing with sex toys  as “low risk safer sex play.”
  • Says safer sex is “a great way to explore who we are sexually, express our feelings, bond with others, and have a good time.”

Planned Parenthood’s websites and videos feature a condom fashion show, penis and vagina cupcakes, “Bobby Earth” in a condom costume, and teens singing and rolling on colored condoms on the floor.

Like minded parents are encouraged to join the efforts of Texas Parents Cares at texasparentscare.com, SB 521 and samples of sex-ed materials can also be viewed there.

Safe is Sexy?!?

The video starts out show a young Hispanic female doing street construction work.  She uses a jackhammer, a drill and grinder.  She’s dressed in a coverall, safety glasses and a yellow hard hat.  She looks the part.
The female voiceover says, “My father always told me to use the right tools… for the right job…” the scene fades away and then soft guitar music quietly strums. We see a guy in bed wearing a hard hat in a dark room and with what seems little else… Our young, female construction worker walks through the bedroom door and in the blink of an eye her coverall is stripped away and she is wearing a thin, cotton tank top that says “Safe is Sexy” (and the camera focuses on her breasts jiggling) and a pair of  tight daisy dukes as she makes a beeline for the bed.  She excitedly tosses her hard hat off to the right and jumps into bed under the covers which completely envelop her. You hear subtle, seductive laughing by her and then him. With the biggest grin, he throws the covers over his head and dives in.  A red tool box is what we see next and the bumper sticker “Planning is Power” is affixed to the lid.  We then see the hand of our young woman flipping it open as she reaches in for a condom amongst the sex toys, birth control pills plus many other objects.  She doesn’t reach for the lone condom in the right tray, no, that is definitely not enough as she reaches to the bottom for the condom strip of six! We then see her shape sitting up under the blanket on top of the guy as she coos, “Oooh, nice tool”!  Then the commercial closes with heavy guitar music and tells teens, “Planned Parenthood is your toolbox. For an appointment call 1-800-230-PLAN or visit ppggdotorg”
See the video yourself at:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrLxEYYYPBk

Can you think of one father that would want his sweet baby girl to go to Planned Parenthood so she could have illicit sex with a man or as many men as possible?!  Everyone knows or should know that condoms offer some protection but NOT 100% foolproof protection!  ONLY abstinence offers 100% protection from STI’s and HIV/AIDS! Many STI’s are not protected by condoms because they can be transmitted by contact with the genital area, mouth, throat and even under fingernails where it can be spread through not only vaginal sex but oral/anal sex but even mutual masturbation![1] Oral cancers are on the rise – it turns out that HPV can cause malignant tumors in the throat just like on the cervix.[2] HIV transmission is 20 times higher with anal intercourse than with vaginal intercourse.[3] The excitement and fun of this sex escapade does not indicate if this couple is married and if this is a committed, monogamous relationship.  The message clearly implies, “go ahead have sex and use a condom as a tool”…this commercial does not encourage abstinence, delaying gratification or good decision making nor does it tell about the depression or suicide rates that are higher among sexually active teens[4]! It aired on MTV which is watched by a majority of teens and is Planned Parenthood’s primary target. Parents need to make sure that Planned Parenthood never makes into their child’s toolbox! See texasparentscare.com for more information on the war on our children via “sexual education” starting with children as young as Kindergarten.

Targeting Children?

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE)

In recent years, sexual rights activists have shifted a great deal of their efforts to children and have made young people one of their main targets. A primary way they do this is by promoting comprehensive sexuality education as an international right mandated by law. This is because if they can raise up the next generation educated in their radical sexual ideologies and teach them to advocate for these as protected human rights in laws and policies in their communities, then they will have largely won the battle.

Comprehensive sexuality education comes in many forms and can be disguised as human rights education or life skills programs. Most comprehensive sexuality education programs contain a number of the following components:

    • Teach children to advocate for “sexual rights.”
    • Teach children various ways to obtain sexual pleasure.
    • Promote condoms to children without informing them of their failure rates.
    • Teach children to masturbate.
    • Encourage children to experiment sexually with individuals of their own sex or the opposite sex.
    • Promote anal or oral sex to children or teach them these behaviors are safe.
    • Promote promiscuity to children as a “right.”
    • Denigrate the religious and cultural values of their parents or community.
    • Provide sexual counseling, information or services to minors without parental consent.

Most, if not all, of the UN-promoted or UN-funded sexuality programs contain many of the program elements noted above. Click here for a special report exposing these UN-supported programs. You can also go to www.stopsexualizingchildren.org to learn more.

The Obama administration is at the forefront of the movement at the United Nations to establish “comprehensive sexuality education” for children as young as age ten as an “international human right,” and U.S. representatives at the UN consistently oppose any language advanced by pro-family countries that is intended to protect the rights of parents to guide the sexual education of their children.

In fact, during negotiations at the UN Commission on Population and Development in April 2012, U.S. representatives angered delegates from developing countries because the U.S. sponsored a resolution on maternal mortality, insisting on a provision calling for comprehensive sexuality education worldwide. The U.S. then refused to allow a reference recognizing the prior right of parents to guide the education of their children to be included in the resolution, relegating parents to merely having a role in helping guide their children’s education.

International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF)

One of the largest purveyors of comprehensive sexuality education programs in the world is International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). IPPF’s sexuality programs are designed to raise up the next generation to demand their “sexual rights.” For example, an excerpt from IPPF’s publication EXCLAIM!,1 distributed at the United Nations states, “young people . . . are entitled to sexual pleasure and how to experience different forms of sexual pleasure is important for their health.” This is what they are teaching to children as young as age 10. The EXCLAIM! publication also teaches children how to organize and advocate for their sexual rights.

IPPF’s It’s All One—Comprehensive Sexuality Education

It's All One CurriculumInternational Planned Parenthood’s “It’s All One” program was launched at a special invitation-only breakfast event in the cafeteria at UN headquarters in New York. This program is endorsed by the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) and was created by the Population Council.

“It’s All One” asks teachers to lead discussions on homosexuality, sexual diversity, how sexual minorities are treated in society, and how their rights are violated.

Even more concerning is the fact that “It’s All One” claims its priorities were established by: “the global health and education agencies, including the United Nations General Assembly, UNAIDS, the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and that it “respond[s] to international policy mandates including the Millennium Development Goals.” In other words, the “It’s All One” program claims it is what the UN has mandated that children should receive.

Here are some of the assignments and activities “It’s All One” suggests for children:

(WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT)

  • Preparing a short skit involving an intimate relationship—married, male–female unmarried, or same-sex couple
  • A worksheet on sexual desire that includes questions on erections, vaginal lubrication, sexual fantasies
  • Discussion on how sexual minorities are treated in society and how their rights are violated2
  • Real case studies and discussion on homosexuality with the objective of “empathiz[ing] with them”
  • Discussion on whether attitudes and ideas about sexual diversity in society are changing
  • A true/false test on sexual behavior that includes questions and answers on masturbation3, orgasm4, ejaculation, oral sex, sexually pleasing a partner5, penis size6
  • A case study on informed consent gives this example: “Isaac has had several partners but lets Ivan, his new boyfriend, believe that he is still a virgin, as Ivan is. When they have sex, Ivan agrees not to use a condom, thinking there is no risk of infection. Can Ivan give free and informed consent?”
  • An activity on making difficult decisions requires students to create a comic strip based on ideas from a list of suggested difficult decisions including: “You have decided to tell your partner that you are not experiencing pleasure (or orgasm) during sex.”

Planned Parenthood operates in most countries of the world and is making billions of dollars off of their sexual services for children and adults. In 2010 alone, IPPF received $3.5 million from multiple UN agencies including UNFPA, UNAIDS, UN Women, WHO and the World Bank.

Planned Parenthood brings teams of lawyers and youth to UN conferences to pressure governments to establish comprehensive sexuality education as an international human right in UN conference documents. They also manipulate governments of developing countries to call for comprehensive sexuality education or sexual education in their statements to the UN. They hide the more controversial aspects of CSE and claim that CSE programs will lift developing countries out of poverty and prevent teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases among other things.

International Guildlines on SexualityA number of the people representing developing countries in UN negotiations are actually paid employees of International Planned Parenthood who offer their services for free as technical experts, when in reality they get on government delegations to promote the sexual rights agenda of Planned Parenthood in UN negotiations. They are good at what they do, and this is bad news for the children of the world.

UNESCO’s “International Guidelines on Sexuality Education”

Created in collaboration with UNFPA, the UN Population Fund, the World Health Organization and UNICEF, the “International Guidelines on Sexuality Education” are completely in line with the philosophies of Planned Parenthood and other sexual rights organizations. In fact one of the main authors of the guidelines was from SIECUS, the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States, the main purveyor of similar sexuality curricula in the U.S. (Click here to read Family Watch’s brief on the UNESCO Guidelines.)

Below are some excerpts from UNESCO’s Guidelines on Sexuality Education:

  • “respect” for “sexual and gender diversity”
  • “a man who becomes a woman and is attracted to other women would be identified as a lesbian”
  • “masturbation is not harmful”
  • “both men and women can give and receive sexual pleasure with a partner of the same or opposite sex“

UN General Assembly Report: Children Have a Right to Sexuality Education

In October 2010, the UN General Assembly received a radical report from the Special Rapporteur supposedly on “The Right to Education.” The report claims that there is now an international human right to “comprehensive sexual education” which includes a right to “pleasurable sexual experiences.” The report further claims that this “right” can only be realized “if [children] receive comprehensive sexual education from the outset of [their] schooling.” (Click here to read Family Watch’s brief on the Special Rapporteur’s report.)

In other words, according to this report, children as young as five or possibly even preschoolers must be taught about their right to sexual pleasure.

This report was created by UN Special Rapporteur, Vernor Munoz, who received a mandate from the UN to issue the report on “the right to education.” (A Special Rapporteur is supposed to be an unbiased “expert” appointed by the UN to study and report on an issue.) However, Mr. Munoz clearly exceeded his mandate and was promoting his own personal sexual rights agenda with his report and his unilateral attempt to establish a fictitious right to sexual education.

In the report, Munoz states that he “considers that pleasure in and enjoyment of sexuality . . . should be one of the goals of comprehensive sexual education, abolishing guilt feelings about eroticism that restrict sexuality to the mere reproductive function.”

With regard to HIV the report declares that “restricting sexual education to the issue of sexually transmitted diseases . . . may create an erroneous association between sexuality and disease, which is as harmful as associating it with sin.”

With regard to religion, the report warns that in some cases “sexual education has been obstructed in the name of religious ideas” and then adds “that comprehensive education acts as a guarantor of a democratic and pluralistic environment.”

The report also criticizes “barriers to sexual education, such as allowing parents to exempt their children from such education.”

So in other words, religion and parents should not interfere with the state’s obligation to sexualize children in order to guarantee this “democratic and “pluralistic” society.

The report discusses what helps young people “have better sexual lives,” as if improving the sexual lives of youth is a valid goal of governments, and it strangely states that the “goal of education for sexuality” is “to develop a transforming role for men by going beyond the strictly genital and physical aspect,” whatever that means.

The report cites to the UNESCO International Guidelines on Sexuality Education, which calls for respect for “diversity of sexual orientations and identities” and cites a UN Committee ruling that governments are “required to ensure that sexual education programmes did not reinforce stereotypes or perpetuate prejudices regarding sexual orientation.”

But worst of all, the report endorses the radical “Yogyakarta Principles,” which have been called the “Magna Charta” of the sexual rights movement, claiming that these Principles “have to be taken into account in education: because of its inclusion on the “diversity perspective.” Click here to read a brief on the Yogyakarta Principles and why they are so dangerous.

The report concludes by calling upon the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) to “investigate specific problems relating to barriers and challenges to effective enjoyment of the right to comprehensive sexual education” and for the UN Human Rights Council to question Member States during their periodic reviews about how they are ensuring the “enjoyment of the right to comprehensive sexual education.”

Finally, the U.S. under the Obama administration has been leading the charge at the UN to promote comprehensive sexuality education for children as young as age ten.

Please click here to sign the petition to the United States Congress calling upon them to stop the Obama administration from pushing this education that is an assault on the health and innocence of children.

Keep abortion providers out of schools
Background: Planned Parenthood is the nation’s largest abortion provider, and it claims to be the nation’s largest sex education provider. It is “working with state and federal governments to ensure access to sex education programs.” Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast provides training for education regional services centers. Two Planned Parenthood affiliates in Texas were selected to receive federal funds for teen pregnancy prevention.
Planned Parenthood:
*Facilitates sex with children by providing them condoms and birth control as the number one supplier in the United States.
*Profits financially from abortions and is the largest abortion provider.
*Presents sex as “normal” for very young children and has failed to report some crimes of rape, incest and forced sex.
*Helps a minor get an abortion without parental knowledge/consent (judicial bypass) and seeks the removal of parental involvement/consent laws; and promotes “sexual rights for children of all ages”.
*Encourages children to use “outercourse” as a method of birth control and as “safer sex”, including masturbation.
*Advances using sex toys as “safer sex” .
*Benefits from access to youth in public schools by being presented as experts, information resources; and as health care for adolescents (future customers); and by having school-based health centers Planned Parenthood is unique in its unfettered access to our children
*Does NOT SUPPORT the standard of abstinence in Texas law and says that effective abstinence programs are “fear and shame based.
